This wonderful young girl is Rebecca Burnette. Our Love A Child Director, Nelio Barthelemy, discovered her. He had heard about a little girl that would be sold into slavery as a Restavec. Nelio went back to the town to find the child, and when he did, he brought her to our Love A Child Children’s Home. She has grown so much since she first arrived into our family. She is healthy, active and loves being with her big family and she is always smiling. She loves school and is doing very well. Thank you, partners, for saving another child in Haiti. God bless you.
