Commissioner Garry Desrosiers, Deputy Spokesman of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) announced the arrest of Jean Wilbert St-Fleur aka “Yoyo Kana;” Jeff St-Fleur; Célestin Ronaldo aka “Baron;” Moïse Horad and Mackenson St-Fleur. They are suspected of involvement in the murder of Roberta Edwards on October 10th in Haiti.
