This beautiful young girl is Rodna Joseph, who came to our children’s home in 2012, at the age of two. Her mother had passed away, and her father needed to borrow money for her funeral. The men he borrowed the money from kidnapped all of Rodna’s siblings and held them for ransom. We gave her father money for the ransom, but the kidnappers never returned her siblings. Her father brought her to the Love A Child Children’s Home because she was suffering from severe malnutrition. With lots of love and good food, she is a very happy little girl who is doing well in school and loves playing with her siblings.
