A Miracle for Shalken! We want to thank Beth Nolan for her “persistent faith” in finding a dermatologist for Shalken. Shalken has a condition called Calcinosis that causes huge oozing sores. Today Dr. Cairns contacted us and he is requesting additional information on Shalken. He will do everything he can to help this young boy. We sent Dr. Cairns the “Nursing Plan” from Barbara MacMannis, our Medical Administrator, and on Monday, our Haitian Pediatrician Dr. Mardy will be in contact with him. Let’s all believe the best for this little boy, he deserves a chance in life! Sherry
