You may remember little Wendy. He was left at the front of our gate, on the ground when he was less than a year old. He had severe malnutrition, physical problems, and other problems. He was the sweetest little baby you had ever seen, but he had handicap problems. Because of the fact that our orphanage is not designated as a handicapped orphanage, we had to find another place for Wendy.
Thankfully, one of our missionary partners that we share food with each month, has a handicapped orphanage, Melissa’s Hope. We contacted our friends, Pascal Bain and his wife, and they with joy, took Wendy.
It brings tears to our eyes to see how well this sweetie is doing. There may be a chance that he could be adopted, but we are not sure. We are glad that God used us a bridge, to get him to a wonderful home here in Haiti. Sometimes, God may use you as “bridge” to bless someone else. You may not be the “end result” but you can be the “hand of God” to bring hope to someone else. God bless you!
