Widlene… This sweet young lady is almost finished with her “two-year” course in college as a professional chef! Widelene “loves to cook,” but she loves to “make the food something anyone would love!” She has been with us since she was just a young little girl. After finishing Philo, the 13th grade here in Haiti, she decided she wanted to be a “professional cook!” She loves to “make the food look so good you can’t wait to eat!”

Some of our older, but still young, guys who grew up in our orphanage are running a restaurant! I’m sure they will need some yummy cakes and cookies! We love it when our orphan kids work together! We will keep you posted when Widlene finishes her course and starts on those yummy cakes and good food! We all love Widlene!
