This young lady is Valencia. She is sixteen-years-old and the beautiful daughter of Pastor Sorel from our Love A Child Church in the old village of Le Tant. We want you to see this life you changed! Years ago, we conducted a Mobile Medical Clinic in the old village of Le Tant where Valencia lived with her family in a “kaypay” (mud hut). When her father brought her for medical care, she was in terrible shape. Valencia had been eating dirt, small rocks, charcoal ashes and even goat feces to fill her belly. She was thin and her hair was red and brittle as a result of severe malnutrition. We found her a sponsor, she started school, received plenty of nutritious food and look at her now!
