Many of our wonderful partners have been sending in clothes for our children. We had some nice t-shirts and casual shirts, tennis shoes, etc. that had come in for the boys! I don’t know about the states, but boys here in Haiti are rough on clothes and shoes! I try not to let them wear “flip flops” outside because the ground is dusty. I have often caught them playing soccer and basketball barefoot! So, when these nice sports shirts and t-shirts etc. came in, the boys were waiting!!

I just hold up a shirt or other items and say, “Who is this good for?” They yell out a name or two, but they never fight over anything or grab! They were “so excited with the clothes!” Most of them were on hangers, and they were “really thrilled” about that!! Next time, we will have a “Walmart” for the girls!! Thank you, partners!!
