“… and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doeth hinder me to be baptized?” (Acts 8:36)

Haitians believe strongly in water baptism! Pastor Claude Mondesir has a large orphanage down the road from us. We help support his orphanage each month because times are tough here in Haiti. When the children from Pastor Claude’s orphanage accept Jesus and want to be baptized, Pastor Claude puts enough water in the pool for the occasion. And he calls on his dear friend, Pastor Bobby, to help!

There were 11 children baptized today! It was a beautiful day! The sun was shining, children were singing, and so were the birds! Haiti has been through so much lately with the price of food and gasoline going up, along with crime! A baptism service and beautiful singing helps remind us all that “God is still on the throne,” no matter what! Bobby did a great job baptizing the children!
