Pastor Mark has a gift for construction. He is the best I’ve ever seen!

When the major earthquake hit us in Haiti in 2010, around 300,000 Haitians lost their lives. We had to start building “Miracle Village,” among other things.

Pastor Mark took the Haitians you see in this picture, who could not even drive a nail “the right way!” They knew nothing about construction. Pastor Mark has trained these men, and now they work every day for Love A Child on our construction. They are called “the dream team!”

We love them… Pastor Mark is also on our board of directors. He has been coming to do construction and share the love of Christ for 34 years!! We love you, Mark, my best friend.

Behind every good man there is a good woman… His wife, Evie. We love you, Evie, who has also been to Haiti many times.
