We welcome Rad Hazelip, our Assistant Executive Director of Love A Child to Haiti. He is here to start our very first Poul Mirak (chicken farm co-op project) class to teach others how to raise chickens and have sustainability. Our five chicken co-op guys are so excited to be teaching others how to be successful at raising chickens and making money! Later on today, Rad will have pictures and an update. Earlier this morning I was there and they had a big black board drawing chickens, and talking all about chickens. One interesting thing they were teaching is what kind of weeds you can plant that the chickens can eat and save money on chicken feed, since many Haitians don’t have a lot of money. Bobby
