Bobby, Nini, Tikline, and I have just returned from shopping at “Farmer John’s” meat market in Gwo Maché Mirak (Grand Miracle Market). Just look at this delicious “tet kabrit” (goat head)! Yum! Last week, Kaeli bought four for our orphanage kids! You’ve never seen kids eat like our kids!! Ha!! We had to go back today to get some for our cooks!!
