I could smell the garlic and slices in the kitchen, so I decided to find out “What’s Cookin?”

When you have lots of kids, you will realize how much it costs them!!! The ladies are preparing the garlic with spices. These will last for two weeks! Then, they will start again. The older girls and younger girls all love to cook! They can’t wait to get their hands on the ingredients that make the Haitian spices.

I think they said that today, they will have spaghetti and use of these items to make the sauce! (Note: Here in Haiti, if you’re gonna get married, young ladies should know to cook! There are “no McDonald’s” here! We will keep you posted on “cooking secrets,” from time to time!)
