No matter what happens in our lives, God can still get the “Glory” from it! In Genesis Chapter 38, there is the famous story in the Bible of Joseph. He was one of a large family of young men but his brothers were jealous of him! (Has someone ever been jealous of you?)

They were so jealous that they threw him into a deep hole, left him for dead, and went back home and told their father that a “wild beast had killed him!” You know the story of how Joseph ended up going to Egypt and through “divine favor” he rose to help command Egypt, the second in command!

Finally after years of famine, and Joseph’s real family and father suffering, they ended up in Egypt “kneeling before a young Pharaoh,” who with tears in his eyes, “made himself known to his brethren!” The “brothers” began shaking, thinking Joseph would kill them. But Joseph said, “Ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring you to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive!” – Gen. 50:20

This is what happens “when God turns the tables upside down!” Yes!
