We have had Widelene since she was “five or younger and Esther, since she was a baby!” We took in the two girls and their mother because their mother was ill, sick, and weak. We were concerned that the baby could die.
Widelene graduated from Philo (Grade 13), here in Haiti, and she has been to college to become a “professional cook!” Widelene has always “loved to cook!” She can put together parties “for the rich,” and yet cook some delicious new recipes for the Orphanage! She knows that the food “must look beautiful,” but the taste is everything!
All the older children have a “dream!” We have taught them that even though the gangs surround us, God is in control and still on the throne!
These children would never have had a chance without Jesus and our wonderful partners!!
Thank you!
