Yesterday, Widelene graduated from “Culinary College!”

Widelene has been raised in our orphanage ever since she was about five. When Widelene was young (a teenager), she loved to cook! So, when she graduated from “Philo” (the 13th year of school here in Haiti), we sent her to a special College where she could learn Culinary Cooking!

She already knew how to cook, but Widelene dived into those “Cooking Classes,” at college! She not only has a gift for “making and decorating cakes,” and all kinds of dishes, but she knows how to “make a table” presentable for any occasion!

Widelene is sweet, kind, and humble, and a devout Christian, and she always wants to do things “with excellence.”

She can certainly make the best food and do it with style! We can’t wait till she comes home and starts her own business!! God bless all our friends and partners who invested in her life!
