Wilguens is the brother of Fabiola. He is now in the 6th grade. Of all the boys, Wilguens is different. He is quiet and studious. He never gets in trouble!! He “thinks things through.”
When Wilguen’s mother died, the “stepmother” did not want Wilguens nor his sister, Fabiola. The children were often left alone and hungry. Sometimes, their father would leave them for a long time to look for work and leave them “hungry.” Both children became malnourished and so, Social Services came and got them and brought them to us.
Wilguens is very quiet and intelligent! His chores are to take care of the Children’s Home, the flowers and plants, and pick up trash. Wilguens wants to be a teacher at Love A Child schools. He also wants to be an electrician. The main thing about this little boy is that he is more mature than he looks. The kids call him, “Grandpa!!” He will go far in life!! God bless you for all you have done for our orphan children! They are the “future” of Haiti.
