Of all our boys, Wilguens (Jacque) is the one “most different,” and I believe he is the one who will go the furthest! He’s quiet, never gets into trouble, and “gets the job done!” He is the brother of Fabiola, who is also here. When his mother died, his stepmother did not want to care for him and his sister. They were often “left alone and hungry.” It is obvious that their stepmother did not want them. Their stepfather left them alone many, many times. They were eventually taken to Social Services, who then contacted us. Wilguens works hard and goes to Church. The kids say that he “dances like David in the Bible!” Ha! Wilguens wants to be a mechanic! We can always use one! I guess he will have job security! Ha! We all love Wilguens!
