Wilner is in charge of our Agricultural Training Center.  He does an outstanding job with Moringa trees and many other projects.  He has just asked us for help sending his wife to Cuba for a heart operation. She is really sick with a “large ball” stuck close to her heart, and Wilner says the “ball” is chewing gum.  He said this gum got stuck close to her heart when she swallowed it as a child!
