We will never forget that five years ago today a 7.0 earthquake hit Haiti at 4:53 PM, killing approximately 300,000 people. I was in the orphanage on the top floor and I thought the whole building would fall on us. The kids got out but Nini, one of our workers, and I were trapped inside. Sherry was in the mud hut village of old Le Tant. She thought the village was going to be “broken off” and thrown into the lake. We lost a lot of our friends. Psalm 41:1-3 declares that for those who help the poor, “God will preserve and keep them alive,” and He did. We praise the Lord! Bobby
