“For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.” Deuteronomy 15:11 – We will always have the poor… God will always be putting them before our heart…on the sidewalk, at the traffic stop, on the TV, in the grocery store or on the park bench. He puts the poor “before our eyes” to teach His children how to give.
