“Do You Really Love Me?” John 21:15-17
“The Bread of Life…” Jesus had just finished fixing his disciples supper on the beach…fish and bread to eat.
Then, He decides to question Peter about his Love for His Master…
“Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee.”
“Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee.”
“Simon, thou son of Jonas, lovest thou me?” By this time, Peter was a little aggravated.
“Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee.” Then Jesus said, “Feed my sheep.”
How much do you really, really love Jesus? Are you willing to do anything He would ask of you today, even if it meant a sacrifice?
