“Who Will God Put In Your Path?”
In Luke 10:25-37, we find the story of the “Good Samaritan.” He was “on the road going down to Jericho,” and never knew he would run into a dying man on the side of the road. Don’t think for one moment that this was “just by accident.” Nope! God had it planned. He knew “who He could send on that road that day.” He knew who would be kind to this man. It wasn’t all the “religious men” or priests…God used a “Samaritan,” whom everyone considered the “lowest form of humanity!” Today, this young man came to our gate, and he was in pain. He had been in severe run-ins with the police. He had been wounded badly in his thigh, and he had been shot “17 times,” and lived. He wanted to become a Christian, but he was poor and had no clothes or food. We sent food to him, and today will get clothes for him. We sent a sweet Haitian Pastor to minister to him. He will be coming to church on Sunday. We’ll see what God has in store for him. Now, “who will God put in your path, today?” Sherry
