The Calling:
“Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall…” 2 Peter 1:10 – Are you looking to see what your career may be? Most important yet, are you asking God what your calling from God may be? There is a difference between a career and the calling of God. A career is something I do for myself. A calling is something I do for God. A career promises status, money or power. A calling generally promises difficulty, sacrifice and sometimes doing without. Are you willing to take up His cross and follow Jesus all the way? May you be obedient to the calling of God in your life. You are not too young or too old.
