“When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him.” Isaiah 59:19 – We are familiar with floods, and many of you have lived through devastating floods. Others have lived through tornadoes and hurricanes, which also bring flooding. Sometimes, there seems to be “no way of escape,” when the enemy comes in like this. It hits you all of a sudden…finances, your health, the health of your loved one, your child, your job, your spouse…these are all “floods” of the enemy. He thinks he may drown us, wipe us out, or get us to turn our backs on God. But, be strong; hold on, help is on the way! God is about to send you a “boat” (help), the way out!
