“You Cannot Stop Building the Wall!”

The brave people of Ukraine remind me of the story in Nehemiah, 4. While rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem, their adversaries, Sanballat, Tobiah, the Ammonites, and Ashdodites, all wicked cites, made a plan to attack, “as they were building the wall.”

Have you have had a “major attack,” just as you tried to do something for the Lord? Jeremiah did as the brave leader of Ukraine has done… He armed everyone! Everyone was prepared to fight, but, still, these brave people knew “they had a job to do,” and nothing could stop them…

“everyone with one of his hands, wrought in the work, and with the other hand “held a weapon.” For the builders, everyone has sword by his side, and so built.” Jer. 4:18

Even though you have a job to do the Lord, always know that the enemy is watching, waiting to attack. But, you “cannot stop building the wall!” You cannot let anything deter you from what you are called of God to!

Bobby and I had many, many battles to build the work at Love A Child, in Fond Parisien…these battles went on for years, but we did not let anything or anyone stop us! You must do the same!!! And, when you determine that nothing can stop you, God will step in!!!
