My mother gave me this scripture a long time ago when Bobby and I were going through some great trials.

“If thou hast run with the footmen, and they have wearied thee, then how canst thou contend with horses?” Jeremiah 12:5 — Please read the whole verse if you can. It means that if you cannot make it through the small trials God allows you to have, you won’t make it through the big ones.
