“Talk to that Mountain!”

I just heard a song this morning that I haven’t heard for years…

“Got any rivers you think are “un-crossable?

Got any mountains you can’t tunnel through?

God specializes, in things thought impossible.

And He will do, what no other power can do…”

If you are facing a mountain in your life right now, Bobby and I know how you feel and what’s more, “God knows how you feel!” It’s just staring you in the face and not moving at all.

Every one of us has met a mountain… rich or poor, black or white, American, Indian, whatever nationality… educated, uneducated, we all face that huge MOUNTAIN in our life. But, we have good news today! God is bigger than your mountain! He is bigger than your problems! He is bigger than your bank account, or your marriage, or your problem with drugs, or your feeling of discouragement. Jesus knew that we would all have mountains in our lives. But He said that we must “speak to the mountain!”

“For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass, he shall have whatsoever he saith.” Mark 11:23

People may think you’re crazy, but Jesus said, “talk to the mountain! Tell it to go!” And remember, God is bigger than any problem you have! Sherry
