“Fat Bones”
I bet if you told someone they had “fat bones,” they would either “stop being your friend” or maybe give you a “black eye!!” But in the Bible, things or people who are given a word that they have “fat bones” is not an insult but a compliment! Most of the time, the Bible uses the word “fat,” meaning blessed.
“And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.” (Isaiah 58:11)
So, don’t go on a diet if you have “fat bones!!” It just means that “you are blessed of the Lord!” Have a great, happy, and “fat” day!! Sherry
