“Use What You Got!”

Before Bobby and I moved to Haiti, we did a lot of things in regard to “ministering the Gospel!” When we were “very poor,” with a broken-down junk truck, we decided to minister in poor neighborhoods. We were mostly in the African American areas, as well as in any areas that let us “preach on the streets!” Bobby always said, “We were as poor as Job’s cat!” We did not have a lot of money, but we were determined to minister to those who “did not come to church!”

When God calls you, you might not have everything you think you need, but you must take the first step! When God called Moses to lead His people out of Egypt, he had no change of clothes, no food, supplies, water, map! He had to lead millions of families out through the wilderness with only one thing… “faith!” If God has called you to do a certain thing, just do it! You don’t need a whole lot. Just use what you got! Have a great day!
