“Know Your Enemy”

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” (Ephesians 6:12)

Haiti is a land of Voodoo, evil spirits, zombies, and much more. One night, during our Haitian children’s church service at our orphanage, an evil spirit tried to enter into one of our children. An evil spirit spoke and said, “I’m going to enter into one of your children!” We said, “No, you’re not!” We told all the children to go to their rooms and pray, less that spirit enter into them! It scared the children, but they began to pray like we’ve never heard before! Then, they began to praise the Lord!

It was a good lesson for all the children!! We must always know who our enemy really is!! We must also know that Jesus has given us power over all the power of the enemy! Have a peaceful day and night! Sherry
