“Share and Share Alike.”

I’m sure you have read the Bible Story about David and his army of only 600 in 1 Samuel 30:21-25

They had been pursuing the Amalekites. Two hundred were tired, worn out, and could not fight anymore. When David defeated the Amalekites, it was time for his men to share the spoil. But David commanded that all the “spoil” be shared equally between those who were the last in battle and those who were so weak they could not fight. “But as his part is that goeth forth into battle, so shall his part be that tarrieth by the stuff. They shall part alike.”

We are almost always on the battlefield here in Haiti, but if it were not for you, your love, your prayers, your giving, your encouragement… we could not do the job at all. One day, when we all see Jesus, we will have good memories of how “we went to battle together.” Have a wonderful day.
