“Casting all your care upon Him; for He careth for you.” 1st Peter 5:7

Most of us don’t know how to do this or they are so used to “carrying around heavy burdens,” that they don’t seem to understand the scripture. Some Christians even think they are “bothering someone” if they need prayer. Maybe you will never be called of God to go to Haiti, and maybe you will never understand the stress of carrying around a heavy “physical burden,” up the mountains for hours! If no one helps you, you could almost die from stress or a heart attack, or anything!! I know! I used to try to carry my own bag, which was heavy, but one of the Haitian friends said, “Madamn Sherry, if you get sick and fall on the rocks, who will run the Clinic?” That’s why the Lord gave us His Word… “Casting ALL your care upon Him, for He careth for you.” 1st Peter 5:7

Go to your “quiet place,” and hand it over to Jesus!”
