“That’s A Big Family to Feed!”

“But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in Glory by Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:19

Is God really our “need provider?!” Is He Big, Big God? Yes, Sir! He’s a great, big, abundant, loving God!

In Exodus, Moses has been chosen by God to lead 1,000,000 Israelite people through the desert wilderness of the Sinai. After they had left Egypt and crossed the Red Sea, they faced the Sinai Peninsula, known for its harshness. This area has less than two inches of rainfall per year, and over “100-degree heat” most of the time, with sandstorms, and freezing night temperatures. There were no grocery stores, “no clean brooks to drink from,” no clothing or shoe stores, for over 40 years! This is hard to “wrap our brain around!” Yet, God made quails come up and gave them “manna bread” to eat. He gave them water from a rock! “Thy raiment waxed not old upon thee, neither did thy foot swell, these forty years!” Wow! And just think, sometimes we cannot even believe God to pay our electric bill!!

This “same God,” shall supply all your needs according to His riches in Glory! Think about it and begin to thank God in advance for His provision! Sherry
