DIG ANOTHER WELL!… ISAAC, THE SON OF ABRAHAM, HAS A STORY TO TELL!

“Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the Lord blessed him. And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great: For he had possession of flocks, and possession of herbs, and great store of servants: and the Philistines envied him.” Genesis 26:12, 13 & 14.

When God blesses you, some people will envy you and become jealous of you. They will try to fill your well with dirt!

For all the wells which Isaac owned which were left to him from his father Abraham, the Philistines came and stopped them and filled them all with dirt. You can read where he left and went to the valley of Gerar. The enemy stopped him there with his wells. He had to go to several more locations, and the enemy would stop up his wells. Everywhere he went the Lord actually, I believe, gave him a better well with “springing water!!” Genesis 26:19

If the Devil or someone has filled your well with dirt, don’t quit, go and dig another one!! God has a greater blessing for you just ahead!

When you read the rest of the story, his enemy knew he had to be a man of God! Isaac ended up with more than he ever had!! Bobby
