JOSEPH WAS A DREAMER!

Joseph had two powerful dreams from the Lord which he shared with his brothers, who hated him already. He shared his dream about the sheaves in the field and how they bowed down to him.

For the first dream, read Genesis 37:4-8. For the second dream read Genesis 37:9-11. The sun and the moon and the eleven stars made obeisance to him.

After these two dreams from the Lord concerning great things that the Lord will do for Joseph… tragedy followed. First, he was thrown into the pit by his brothers. When the brothers were down by Dothan, they saw Joseph coming. They said, “Behold, this dreamer cometh.” Genesis 37:19

They took him and threw him into the pit, afterward he was sold as a slave. The Lord gave Joseph favor and brought him out of prison and made him master over Potiphar’s house and land. One day while Potiphar was out, his wife lied on Joseph, telling him Joseph tried to rape her. Joseph was falsely accused and thrown into prison again!  Genesis 39:7-20.

Sometimes when God makes a promise to us, “all hell breaks loose!” Don’t give up! His promises will come to pass! Read what happens to Joseph. What a story! Genesis 41:39-44

This is a story! God’s dreams will come to pass!!
