“Fear Not…”

This Word is for someone facing an obstacle in their life today.

We have all been “afraid,” at one time or another in our lives. Going to get the “doctor’s report,” going for a job interview, driving in a bad storm. There have been times when we all sense fear.

As missionaries living here in Haiti, there are many “fears” to overcome… fear of driving in high, dangerous mountains, or crossing rivers when we don’t know how deep they are, or facing a band of angry men, enraged in Voodoo or someone threatening to kill us if we don’t give them food!

But the word is what we rely on. “Fear thou not; for I am with thee: for I am thy God; I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.” Isaiah 41:10
