Desperate Faith…

Faith is something strong but invisible. We all are given a “measure of faith,” so none of us can say, “I have no faith.” It’s just “what you do with that little bit of faith, that can make a miracle happen.” In Mark chapter two, we see that Jesus had come to Capernaum. He was in a house, ministering. The place was so packed full that they could not even open the door to let anyone in.

However, when you need a “miracle,” you will do something “desperate” with your faith! One crippled man on a stretcher knew that if he could “get inside” he would be healed. He was one of four children so either his siblings or friends decided “to do something desperate” and so, they broke the roof of that house and had his friends “let him down through the roof!” Jesus was having a “healing service” and looked up to see this man being let down through the broken roof! When Jesus saw their “desperate faith,” he said, after some discussion, “Arise, take up thy way into thy house!”

Today, you just need a little bit of “desperate faith!” Have a great day!
