“Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house; and his windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime.” Daniel 6:10
In this time in which we are living, Facebook, instant messages, and computers have stolen our prayer time. Prayer is a constant connection to our Father, who loves us. We must make time each day to “shut ourselves in alone time with God.” Each day of our lives, we make decisions and we need guidance, and we “must” find that quiet time each day, alone, with God. “Prayer is not learned in a classroom, but in a closet.” E.M Bounds. Have a prayerful day.
