We are living in perilous times, where our own nation is at war with one another. As a Christian, we must remember one thing… We can “never be ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ!” In Mark Chapter eight, Jesus is giving a lesson on “whosoever will save his life shall lose it, but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake, and the Gospel’s the same shall save it.”

Many Christians are afraid and sometimes, ashamed, to admit they are Christians… but we must remember that we are not the “judge,” but we are the “light of the world” shining in a dark land. With genuine gentleness, we can stand for Jesus. “Whosever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when He cometh in the Glory of His Father with the holy angels.” Mark 8: 38

We are “never ashamed” of the Gospel of Jesus Christ! Stand strong!
