“He’s Never Failed Me Yet!”

I remember singing a chorus when I was a young teenager, that I loved! I know most churches nowadays do not sing those simple choruses. The song said, “Never failed me yet, never failed me yet; Jesus Christ never failed me yet. And everywhere I go, I want the world to know, Jesus Christ never failed me yet.” And, He never will.

Psalms 118:8, 9 declares, “It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man. It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in princes.” How true that is!

Can you honestly look back on your life and try to find a time when the Lord failed you? Maybe you did not get “what you wanted,” but you got “what was best for you” at that time. Jesus Christ has never failed me yet, and He never will…
Another song, “God can do anything, anything, anything. God can do anything but fail.”

Oh, how I wish the church world would go back to the simple things of the Lord…with the power of the Holy Spirit to draw them to Jesus! They would leave the church, different than when they came in. They would leave the church singing, “God can do anything, but fail.”

Today will be a great day because “God can do anything but fail.”
