“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” Psalm 119:105

These days there are a lot of words in the news from politicians; from everyone from all walks of life. Everyone is saying something. We have a lot of bad news all day long on TV. The word “Gospel” means good news!

We have our hope and foundation in the Word of God. The Word is like “a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto [our] path!”

Recently, Sherry and I were in the interior of Haiti at night walking by a mountain cliff over rough terrain. We had a lantern in our hands, and we could see our way through the dark because the light lit our path!

Standing upon the Word on the day which we live in! His Word is sure, amen! Thy Word is our lamp in the midst of darkness!
