When Does God Like to Work a Miracle?
We find in 2 Kings 4:1-7 the story of a poor widow woman. She came to Elisha, the Prophet, because her husband (who was one of the sons of the prophets unto Elisha) had died. Now she owed some bills and the creditor (bill collector) had come to take her two sons into bondage.
I would say, “Her back was against the wall!” All she had to her name was a little pot of oil. Elisha told her to get it and to get all the vessels she could find…and the “oil began to fill them up and they ran over.” He told her, “Go and sell the oil and pay your debt, and live, you and your children on the rest!” I would say, “God likes to work when your back is against the wall!” So, if you are in that condition, you are a candidate for a miracle!!! Congratulations!  Have a great day! Sherry
