“It is Well…” In 2 Kings 4:8-35, we find the story of Elisha and the Shunammite woman. She had been good to the Prophet and fed him and even prepared a little room for him to stay in. Elisha wanted to do something for her, but she had no child…so, he prayed and God gave her a child. Time went by and her son became sick unto death. When Elisha sent his servant to inquire of her and her son, she said, “It shall be well…” Then later she said again, “It is well…” You know the story, God healed her son. Today, you may be going through a trial, and you can’t see the other side, but the Lord is saying to you, “It is well.” Faith moves the hand of God when nothing else could.
