When Bobby and I were dating, we used to go to a church that sang a song called, “I’m on the Battlefield for my Lord.” Yes, each day, we are on the battlefield for the Lord. Deuteronomy 20:1 says, “When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies, and seest horses, and chariots, and a people more than thou, be not afraid of them: for the Lord thy God is with thee…” You may not be facing horses and chariots and an “army,” but the battle you face today can seem that bad. “Fear not!” The Lord is with thee and you will overcome!
