“Four Days Late…” John 11:40 – “If thou wouldst believe…” In John 11, we read the story of the death of Lazarus, whom Jesus loved. When Jesus was told about Lazarus being “sick unto death,” Jesus did not hurry to him, but he was “four days late.” Sometimes, we think the Lord should do something in “our time” but His time is always better and many times, it becomes a “miracle.” In verse 43, we see Lazarus (dead four days) coming up out of the grave!
