“Tie a knot, hang right in there, help is on the way.” In the book of Joshua, we see that God uses a harlot, a prostitute named Rahab to save the lives of two of Joshua’s men, who were sent to spy out the land. She “let them down the wall by a cord.” There they were, hanging on to a rope for their lives, provided by a harlot. Have you ever felt like you were “hanging over the edge of a cliff and your hands were slipping and you didn’t think you could hold on any longer?
