Has someone ever made you a promise, and forgot about it?

In Genesis Chapter 10, we see the story of Joseph, who was sold by his jealous brothers into bondage in Egypt. While Joseph was in prison, he interpreted the dreams of the butler and the baker of the Pharaoh. But he told them, “When these things come to pass, remember me to the Pharaoh so that I will be released from prison, for I am innocent.”  The Bible says, “Yet did not the chief butler remember Joseph, but forgot him.” Genesis 40:23 — God never forgets anything. Even the widow woman in the Bible, who gave her tiny mites, was remembered through the generations. God never forgets about you, your sacrifices, your needs, and your prayers.
