Yolanda Estime was born in the mountains of Covant, Haiti. It has been our toughest, most grueling, place to get to in Haiti! There are no medical clinics for miles around, so many mothers die in childbirth. Her father was unable to care for a newborn, as he already had six children.

Yolanda loves our praise dances and playing the drums! She loves soccer and jump rope! She is still thinking about her future, but right now, she is “my right arm.” She is always reminding me that the kids need deodorant! Ha! She will go very far in her life!!! Sherry
