Wiggins is always doing exactly what he is supposed to be doing, he never gets into trouble, and he excels in school! Wiggins is like the child “every parent prays for!” He is so loving and as I said, never a problem! We love him so much! His kind and loving spirit brings so much warmth to the children’s home!
